Shipping Policy

MNH Kollecting is not responsible for any product damages made by third party shipping carriers.

This applies specifically to shipping carrier damages. 

For information on how to request a refund for manufacturer defects, missing or incorrect items, please contact the shipping carrier, or refer to our refund policy.

Shipping & Tracking updates may take 2-5 business days to update for in stock orders. 

Updates will be sent periodically for all preorders.

All preorders will start shipping during the following week of release day of that product, this will be specified in the description of the product. Preorder shipping can take 1-3 weeks to process.

Any orders that go beyond the promised shipping time frames will be eligible for a cancellation and full refund upon request. 

All items will be shipped protected with bubble wrap and a signed receipt of order check.
