Return Policy:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Trading Cards
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
All items will be shipped in original condition without any flaws or damage to the original wrapping.
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for that reason, based on the quality of items being inspected before shipping.
All items will be shipped in protective packaging. We understand the importance as a collector of the quality of the packaging and we will not ship any damaged item, therefore, we will not accept any returns.Â
MNH Kollecting is not responsible for any product damages made by third party shipping carriers, and any claims for damaged shipping must be done through them.Â
Exchanges:
We will only replace items via exchange in certain circumstances, and only for a different product. We will not issue an exchange of a same product. For approval of these circumstances you must fill out a request. Items must be mailed back for inspection before being approved. If original item is not received as it was shipped you will not be eligible for an exchange and you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item back to you.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of an exchange if approved. Once the exchangeable item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Exchange returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs to return the item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
